烘干室種類及烘干過(guo)程
烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)根據其形狀,有(you)死(si)端式(shi)(shi)(shi)和通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)兩大(da)類。死(si)端式(shi)(shi)(shi)用于間(jian)歇式(shi)(shi)(shi)生(sheng)產方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)都用于流(liu)水線生(sheng)產方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi),并有(you)單(dan)行(xing)程、多(duo)行(xing)程之區(qu)別(bie)。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)按(an)外形分,又有(you)直通(tong)(tong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)和“ II ”形之分,一般地,直通(tong)(tong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)熱量外溢(yi)較(jiao)大(da),但設備較(jiao)矮;橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)較(jiao)長(chang)(chang)、空間(jian)較(jiao)高。但熱量外溢(yi)較(jiao)小;“ II”型(xing)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)除了長(chang)(chang)度比橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)短(duan)外,其他(ta)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)跟橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)差(cha)不(bu)多(duo)。單(dan)行(xing)程烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)結構相對簡單(dan),但設備長(chang)(chang)、占(zhan)(zhan)地面(mian)(mian)積大(da);多(duo)行(xing)程烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)結構較(jiao)復雜(za),設備較(jiao)短(duan),減(jian)少(shao)占(zhan)(zhan)地面(mian)(mian)積,有(you)利(li)(li)車間(jian)平面(mian)(mian)布(bu)置;并行(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)設備則(ze)有(you)利(li)(li)于提高保溫性并減(jian)少(shao)占(zhan)(zhan)地面(mian)(mian)積;雙層烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)可充分利(li)(li)用空間(jian)高度,減(jian)少(shao)占(zhan)(zhan)地面(mian)(mian)積。
烘干過程
涂(tu)膜(mo)在(zai)烘干(gan)室(shi)(shi)內的整個烘干(gan)過程,分別經過升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)(wen)和冷卻三(san)個階段在(zai)升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)段,涂(tu)層溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度由室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)逐漸升(sheng)至烘干(gan)工藝(yi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度,使濕涂(tu)膜(mo)中溶(rong)劑(ji)90%以(yi)(yi)上在(zai)此階段散發逸(yi)出,所需(xu)時(shi)(shi)間約在(zai)5~10min以(yi)(yi)內。時(shi)(shi)間長短依涂(tu)膜(mo)不出現外(wai)觀缺陷來確定。一般地,高沸點溶(rong)劑(ji)升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)時(shi)(shi)間可短,低沸點溶(rong)劑(ji)升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)速度宜(yi)慢(man),以(yi)(yi)免溶(rong)劑(ji)沸騰。
由于在升(sheng)溫段溶劑迅速(su)揮發(fa),必須加強通風來排除溶劑蒸氣(qi)(qi)并補充(chong)新鮮空(kong)氣(qi)(qi),另外(wai)加熱工件又消耗(hao)大量(liang)熱量(liang),因(yin)此烘干時大部(bu)分熱量(liang)消耗(hao)在升(sheng)溫段。
在保溫(wen)階段,保溫(wen)時間(jian)由涂膜化學(xue)交聯反應所需(xu)(xu)的(de)固化工藝時間(jian)所決,只需(xu)(xu)較少的(de)熱(re)量和新鮮(xian)空(kong)氣(qi)來補償排出的(de)溶劑氣(qi)體。冷卻段采(cai)用強(qiang)制(zhi)冷卻方法使(shi)工件迅速(su)冷卻到 40℃以下,以便馬(ma)上進行下道工序的(de)作(zuo)業,保證流(liu)水線正(zheng)常地運作(zuo)下去(qu)。如果(guo)采(cai)取自然(ran)冷卻,大約需(xu)(xu)要20~30min才能降至30~40℃,這只能滿足間(jian)歇(xie)式生產方式。
